Exciting news for summer 2026 - the Bethlehem Tides Swim Team is back for our third season! We have increased the number of swimmers in Bethlehem and are thrilled to bring in even more. Our goal is not only save lives but to build a robust swim program at Freedom and Liberty High Schools. The more swimmers, the better!

The Bethlehem Tides is your premier choice for competitive swimming in the Lehigh Valley.  As proud members of the Suburban Swim League and the support of the City of Bethlehem's Parks and Recreation, we're geared up for a thrilling 6-week summer swim league packed with excitement, challenges, and most importantly, friendships.

Ages 6-18 - get ready to be part of something incredible! Competitive swim is THE BEST and most FUN way to spend your summer! 

Not yet ready for a competitive swim team but want to get in on the fun? Tide Ripples is a new pre-swim team designed for swimmers ages 5–11 who need skill‑building before joining the full Tides team.

The Bethlehem Tides Swim Team is dedicated to providing a vibrant and secure space where young swimmers can thrive, refine their skills, and engage in various levels of competition. We firmly believe in the life-saving and life-enhancing benefits of swimming, which is why we've established the Bethlehem Tides Swim Team.
